Student Visas
All International students must obtain a student visa before traveling to Australia. Student visas are issued for full-time study only.. Information about student visas is available from the Australian Department of Immigration and Multicultural & Indigenous Affairs (DIMIA) website (www.dimia.gov.au). Assistance with Visa applications is available from ACN’s overseas representatives.
International students should be aware of their visa conditions, including (but not limited to) restrictions on changing providers, attendance requirements, notification of contact details and payment of fees. Failure to comply with any of these conditions may result in cancellation of your visa.
Overseas Student Health Cover
As a condition of a student visa, all international students must have Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC). OSHC provides medical and hospital cover for international students and their dependents while in Australia. OSHC can be organised by ACN on your behalf and will be included in your letter of offer.
