How to Apply

Application via Overseas Representatives

Students may apply for admission with assistance from our worldwide network of overseas representatives. Contact ACN for the details of your nearest representative. Services offered by our representatives include assistance with course applications, documentation verification, pre-visa assessment (if necessary), and visa applications.

Direct Applications

Step1 – Complete the application form.

Step 2 – Attach certified copies of all academic qualifications including school reports, official examination certificates and evidence of English proficiency. All documents must be certified copies and translated into English.

Step 3 – Attach 1 passport size photograph

Step 4 – Include a bank draft or cheque for the AU$150 application fee, payable to La Trobe University and post your application to The Registrar, Level 1, 65 York Street SYDNEY  NSW AUSTRALIA 2000.

Step 5 – If your application is successful we will send you an Offer Letter which will explain the course you have been accepted into, the fees that are payable including Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), fee refund policy statement and the offer acceptance information.

Step 6 – To secure your place, you must make the pay the first semester’s fees at least four weeks before commencement and complete and return the Offer Acceptance Form.

Step 7 – For international students, on receipt of the fees, ACN will send a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) which you will need to present when you apply for your visa at an Australian diplomatic mission. We will also send you a pre-departure information pack.
