"We try to give students an understanding of the demands of the current job market and how they can effectively compete for the roles they want.  The sessions are designed to get them thinking not only how to sell themselves and their skills, but also to see their resumes, applications and interviews through the eyes of the employer, so giving them a better understanding of what employers want to see."
