| Improved reception |
ACN has finalized its staffing arrangements during 0702 semester and always has minimum two staff present at Reception. Weekly meetings occur with management to discuss issues arising. The matter of staff referring student comments on (e.g. "bouncing") to other staff has been raised at two management meetings in the lead-up to 2007-3 semester. |

| Class sizes |
An active reduction of class sizes has occurred since 2007-1 by running more units per semester. Student : Teacher ratios have dropped from 31 in March semester to 27 in July semester. Diploma in particular has dropped from 40 students per teacher to 33. |

| Not 'real' university experience |
ACN does not market itself as a 'traditional' campus but does provide the academic and employment focus. |

| Library |
ACN has secured a second library at its 'overflow' space 11 Wynyard Green commencing November 2007 semester. See Reception or our campus map for details. |

| Printer problems |
This matter has been addressed for 2007-3 November semester, with a new electronic metering system which will reduce overall load on the copiers and better manage prting. |

| Course length shorter than expected (Interface) |
This was in relation to 1 student on a 1 year visa but 8 month course - the student issue here was with their courseload |

| More daytime classes |
ACN teaching is now fully utilized. |
| Campus too small |
ACN now has a second off-site facilitiy. It is a point of discussion with the University to determine additional facilities in 2008+

| More female toilets |
Noted; an additional women's facilities are available at the overflow teaching space at 11 Wynyard Green where there is also a 2nd library and 2nd PC Lab.

| Stricter attendance and monitoring cheating in exams |
ACN has in the past actually catch numbers of students cheating in exams, however, due to privacy issues, names are not released. Invigilator numbers were increased Sem 1 07 |
| Lecturer issues |
ACN assesses lecturers each semester. Where ACN management determines that improvements are required based on valid student feedback, lecturers are variably counselled, or not asked to return to teaching that unit. |
| Improved furniture |
The comments from students here mainly had to do with study facilities. ACN has addressed this matter by opening a second library at 11 Wynyard Green for students. This is a much larger facility that ACN's primary library and Reference area at 65 York Street. |
