Suzanna has masters degrees in Business Studies, Economics and Human Resource Management, from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
Suzanna has over 15 years experience in the Asia Pacific region as a consultant and trainer in the areas of change management, organisational behaviour and HR management. She has lived, studied and worked in ten different countries. Her speciality is training and development and she has worked as a consultant to large corporations, banks and investment firms conducting needs analyses, developing training programs, and delivering workshops in the areas of cross-cultural management, leadership, motivation, change and performance management.
