After completing a year off between school and university, I intended to accept an offer to attend University in rural Australia when I learnt about La Trobe/ ACN in Sydney. When I discovered that I could complete a 3 year Bachelor of Business Degree in 2 years, as well as being located in the CBD, it sounded ideal; much better than living hours away from home and taking 3 years to do a degree.
La Trobe in Sydney is an ideal place to study in a business setting, with friendly lecturers that have real world experience in business. Compared to other universities in Sydney, I find the small classes appealing, and they create a better learning atmosphere. The fact that La Trobe University has such a strong reputation in business is another reason why I chose La Trobe in Sydney, and I have been able to study 2 majors; marketing and management. I find the course and its subjects really interesting, and the relevance of these subjects to the real world of business is always clear. |
